Products Bought on Empire Gig

For a refund to be possible the below should be met
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item Empire Gig Ltd. will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Customer confirmed the product upon pickup to be fully operational /'delivered as ordered"

Product will be cross-checked by store owner upon receipt.

Product should not have been damaged by customer

Shipping cost back to the seller is not refundable

Empire Gig Ltd. will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend the return done in-person to our courier.

If approved Refund amount will be sent to same payment gateway used in making the purchase on Empire Gig Ltd

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, & reject the refund request. All goods will be inspected on return.

Ticketing Guidelines.

The event ticket should not have been validated on our system already, marking it as used

The refund request should be made by the ticket purchaser.

The refund request MUST pre-date the event.

All double payment refund requests will be expedited.

Refund Policy For Import Shipping Through Empire Gig

You can return items within 30 days of receipt of delivery in My Orders. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. After we receive the item at our fulfillment center, allow up to seven business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

If your return postage exceeds the value of the automatic refund issued by Empire Gig, you can contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost.

If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item bought from Empire Gig you'll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, when your return is processed.
