Maryolive Mungai is a singer, songwriter and performing artists based in Nairobi. With a passion for music, she uses her distinct voice to convey stories of life’s ups and downs through her music. She has an eclectic taste in music and is influenced by Rock, RnB and Classical music genres.

Since 2009, Maryolive has performed in various stages and events in Nairobi, Film/Television productions in Nairobi, as well as musicals and Opera productions in Kenya and East Africa. She won the award for Best Classical Act 2017 during the Café Ngoma Award show and is a Sondeka Award 2020 Nominee for best experimental music.
Maryolive performs with a band fusing classics and original music engaging audiences across all ages.
