Empire Gig Return and Refund Policy

Products

Unused physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to seller inspection, original condition, and packaging. Return shipping is generally not refundable unless required by law or caused by seller error.

Tickets

Ticket refunds must be requested before the event, by the original purchaser, and before the ticket has been scanned or validated. Used tickets are not refundable.

Bookings and Services

Refunds for bookings and services depend on the agreed contract terms, work already performed, event timing, and dispute review.

Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate payments are prioritized for refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are usually processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.
