Empire Gig is a marketplace and booking platform connecting creatives, vendors, promoters, event organizers, and customers.

Platform Role

Empire Gig provides technology for discovery, bookings, payments, tickets, contracts, and vendor tools. Sellers, artists, and organizers remain responsible for their own products, services, events, and representations.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and comply with platform rules.

Bookings, Contracts, and Payments

Artist and service bookings may use the Deal Room, AI-assisted contract tools, calendar availability, and payment gateways. Payment may act as confirmation of commercial intent and acceptance of agreed booking terms.

Tickets and Events

Event organizers are responsible for event delivery. Tickets are digital, uniquely validated, and considered used once scanned.

Marketplace Sales

Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, delivery, stock, and fulfilment.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, abuse, illegal listings, harassment, spam, misleading listings, and payment manipulation are prohibited.
